Chrysler Concorde:
The Chrysler Concorde was classified as a full size car that was produced by the Chrysler Corporation, and later under DaimlerChrysler. It first appeared on the market in 1993 and production was discontinues in 2004 and then it was replaced by the Chrysler 300.
There was only a 4 door sedan version of this car, and it was always built on the Chrysler LH platform. In the eleven years of production, only two generations of Chrysler Concorde were made. The first generation was built from 1993 to 1997 and the second generation was from 1998 until 2004. The second generation of Concorde underwent major appearance and technological changes. The outer design was remodeled and even the dimensions were adjusted, for example the first generation had a length of 202.8" and the second generation was 209.1". The second generation also had better standard suspension which was made to be softer and there were also amendments made to reduce the noise in the passenger cabin, such as through floor carpeting that was made to be thicker and noise dampening. Towards the end of its lifespan, the Chrysler Concorde was equipped with hi-tech audio devices, such as DVD players or CD changers.
