  • How do I find the part I need?

    The easiest way to find your specific item is to use the part selector on our home page. Begin by setting your location and then using the drop-down lists to narrow your selection. Alternatively, you may shop by make or part type from the home page.

  • Do you offer new and used parts?

    iAutoBodyParts sells only new, certified aftermarket products.

  • Why are there different options for the same part?

    There are multiple specifications on all auto parts, even for something as simple as a door mirror (passenger vs. driver side; heated vs. non-heated). Be careful when reading the parts description to ensure you are selecting the correct option for your vehicle.

  • What if I don't see my part in stock?

    If you don't see your item listed and/or "out of stock" you may try changing your location to see if there's another warehouse that offers the part. You may also call our experienced staff and they can help locate a product for you.


  • What happens after I place my order?

    After an order is placed, you will receive an email with all the information needed to pick up your part. This includes the pickup slip, order confirmation, and specific location details including address and contact info.

  • Can you ship orders?

    No, all orders through iAutoBodyParts are local pickup only.

  • My vehicle is at a repair facility, can I have the part(s) delivered?

    No, all orders through iAutoBodyParts are local pickup only.

  • What if I need parts from multiple locations?

    Buying parts from multiple locations requires multiple checkouts. Shop as you normally would, and upon checkout you will see the items you've selected in multiple orders -- one per location. Complete checkout for each order and you will receive a unique tracking number and pickup slip for each location.

  • How do I contact my pickup location?

    All part pick up questions need to be directed to our support team. They can inform you of all pick up related inquiries and answer any questions you may have. Our support staff's hours of operation are from 8 AM -5 PM (EST) Monday - Friday.

  • What do I need to pick up my part?

    To pickup your auto part, you need the original iAutoBodyParts order confirmation, and valid photo ID that matches the name on the order. If you have any questions concerning these items, please contact our support staff directly.

  • What if I lost my order confirmation email?

    If you need another order confirmation call the support staff


  • Can I cancel my order?

    You may cancel an order at any time prior to pickup for a full refund. You need to call the support staff. Please have your order email confirmation information ready when you call.

  • How do I return a part?

    To return a part after you've picked it up, you must contact the support staff within 30 days and acquire a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number from a customer service representative. See the full return policy here.

  • What warranty is included on my part?

    iAutoBodyParts provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty with every part we sell. Please carefully review our full warranty section for more information. If you have any questions, call our support staff.

What is an aftermarket part? :

  • Aftermarket parts are made by a company other than the original manufacturer. These parts are made to fit and perform as well as the original.
  • Aftermarket companies buy the rights to produce these parts. Even though some might have a slightly different look, they perform as well as the OEM part. And they are priced much less making them a very good value.
  • The products offered by iAutoBodyParts are designed to match the specifications of an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

What are certified aftermarket parts? :

A 3rd party company has developed and oversees test programs to guarantee the suitability and quality of automotive parts. The tests of these companies include the following: dimensional verification, life and durability requirements, quality and appearance.

Will having aftermarket parts reduce the value of my vehicle? :

Generally- no. However, there are many insurance companies who have authorized the use of aftermarket parts to be used as replacement for damaged OEM parts. For many aftermarket products installed on a vehicle, it is extremely difficult to tell the difference. In many repair instances, aftermarket replacement products could save some vehicle from being "totaled" by an insurance company.


  • Can I have my part color matched with my vehicle?

    All parts are primed and ready to be painted (unless chrome plated.) We do not offer pre-painted parts, as it is not possible to color match without access to your vehicle. Please consult your body shop or collision center for installation and painting needs.

  • Are light bulbs included with the purchase of any light product? (NOTE: not full assembly?)

    Generally, bulbs are not included with the purchase of lighting assemblies. However some manufacturers may include bulbs with their housings. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm which items include bulbs through our site, but you may contact the warehouse directly to verify before picking up the item.

  • Are the wheels new or used?

    Wheels are the only items that are not new...they are remanufactured items. Some OEM wheels came with emblems on it as a part of the factory wheel. Those wheels will have emblems as a part of the finished product.

  • How do I know if I am ordering the correct side for my car?

    In the automotive industry LH = Drivers Side and RH = Passengers Side.

  • Are the images on the site exactly what I will be getting?

    Please note image is for reference only. Refer to the description for the exact finish of the item.

  • How do I know what wheel finish to pick?
