Chevy HHR
The brand name of Chevrolet attaches itself to this compact retro styled wagon car by the name of Chevrolet HHR (high heritage roof). The Chevy HHR as it is lovingly called was launched by General Motors in 2005 at the Los Angeles Auto Show intending to be a 2006 model.
The mid 40's design inspiration and the mood of the vehicle are attributed to the ex-designer of Chrysler Brian Nesbitt. General Motors recruited Nesbitt as project experts and was at one time the main designer of the whole for Chevrolet Fleet. The vehicle has a larger than life space and capacity for cargo, including flat flooring and a folding flat special edition. The LT level trim also makes available a panel van.
Assembled in Mexico, at Ramos Ariszpe it is in use and sold all over North America as well as imported to Japan where the sales for the first year itself went over the roof with 93000 through June 2006
