  Placing a New Order

    Step-by-Step Ordering Instructions
  • Search the site for the parts you want.
  • Click on the 'information' button if you need more detailed information.
  • Determine the correct application for your vehicle by reviewing the Fit and Description fields
  • Check the part availability by noting the "Availability" field*.
  • Select the part by clicking on the related "Add To Cart" button.
  • Update the part quantity by clicking on the "+" and "-" options.
  • To remove an item from your order, press on the "X" option associated with the unwanted item.
  • Continue shopping, calculate shipping, or if you're ready to checkout, click Proceed to Checkout.
  • Enter your shipping information including any shipping notes/instructions.
  • Enter your billing, payment information and coupon code.
  • Confirm your order and shipping information.
  • Click Complete My Order.
  • Print and save your receipt upon completion of your order.

Your Receipt

You may access your receipt for any order placed at iAutoBodyParts.com by visiting the Order Tracking page. After entering your email address and password, click on View Receipt next to the order you wish to access.

Product Availability

We will do everything we can to get your order to you in as timely a manner as possible. Due to the popularity of some of the items at iAutoBodyParts.com, we may not always have an item in stock. We have included item availability in the product list so that you will know if an item is available.

When you place an order for an item not in stock, we will immediately send the request to our warehouse and send you an email confirming this. We will send you another notice if the item is still out of stock at that time (usually 2-3 business days later), and a third confirmation email when the item is shiped. If the item is still out of stock 30 days after you placed your order, you will receive another communication from us updating you on the status of your order.

International Orders

iAutoBodyParts.com is unable to process any credit cards or checks issued or billed outside of the United States. We are in the process of setting up warehouse locations in Canada. Please check our store site for announcements of these additional locations.

Order Fulfillment

iAutoBodyParts.com has over than one hundred different fulfillment centers (warehouses) located across the United States. These warehouses often store different types of parts. If you order dissimilar items--say, a bumper, a radiator, and a headlight--they may ship separately, depending on where in our fulfillment network they happen to be located. It's possible that you'll get some of your items earlier than the others. Note we will never charge you more for shipping than the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you place your order.

* Availability Options:

In Stock - Products that are currently in stock typically ship out the same day, for orders received by NOON EST.

Available to ship in 2-3 days - Product is typically available for shipping within 2-3 days from receiving the order. This timeframe does not account for the actual shipping time from the warehouse, so that should be factored into the timeframe the product is desired. If the item listed is no longer available, we will notify you of this by email and cancel your order immediately.
