The Mazda Pickup was first introduced to the market in 1977 by the Mazda Motor Corporation and was built up until 2006. The first pickups from Mazda were considered compact pickup trucks and had two doors or four door body styles. There is also an extended cab version and a regular version. It is closely related to the Ford Ranger and in some parts of the world the Mazda Pickup, also known as the B-series, is actually sold under the Ford name and in fact, the mechanics and build of the Ford and Mazda pickup trucks are one and the same.
